5 Reasons to Visit Our Walk-In Clinic

#1. No appointment necessary
There is no way to know when one may become ill or when one may be hurt in something like a car accident. It is entirely unreasonable for anyone to be able to predict these types of events. Unfortunately, the entire medical system is based on one's ability to do so. Most doctors are incredibly busy and require people to schedule an appointment a week or two in advance. When a doctor does have time to schedule a patient in immediately, people are left to live with the prolonged illness. This is not the case at our office because we accept patients on a walk-in basis and can see them right away.
#2. We accept insurance
As a walk-in clinic, we accept most major insurance policies. Patients get the benefit of seeing a doctor with a flexible schedule and the benefit of billing the insurance company so that the patient does not have to pay for medical expenses out of pocket.
#3. You don’t have to go to the ER
Let's face it, everyone hates going to the emergency room. The wait is long, the lobby crowded, it can be chaotic and one is likely to be surrounded by people in worse shape than the individual. Emergency rooms can create a fear that one will get more sick by just being in the room. Whether reasonable or not, these fears often prevent people from getting the care that they need.
Now, one can visit our walk-in clinic instead of the emergency room and still receive the necessary care, only in a more comfortable environment. Our wait is typically short and our office does not have the chaotic or crowded vibe that one may experience at a typical ER. Instead, one will have a short and peaceful wait.
#4. We are good at what we do
Medically speaking, we are good at what we do and are able to provide the high level of care patients can expect and deserve every time they visit the doctor. Just because we accept walk-ins does not mean that we are unable to be booked solid. It simply means that we understand how unpredictable life can be and have made a point to be there for our patients regardless of when we are needed.
#5. You can get back to work faster
If one becomes ill and needs medical attention, waiting a day or two to receive medical care can simply prolong the sickness and keep one out of work longer. With other payments each month, taking time off work can put one in a financial bind. By visiting the doctor and receiving medication quickly, one can get back to work and back to work.
